honestly at least we have a super open ending for our ship. like i almost feel like they did that on purpose. every other ship was amputated and cauterized permanently, but klance is…still entirely possible in the canon universe.

jds even said once that their relationship evolves a lot throughout the show and that shipping them is just “a continuation of that.” so maybe they intended for it to be open and hopeful on the klance side of things
